Managing Director (CEO)
Henage Don Lalith Thilakarathne, completed a Diploma course in motor mechanics at the National Apprenticeship Board in Sri Lanka. Then he continued his training at the National Youth Council with a certificate course in Motor Mechanic Technology. Next, he followed a four year Course at German Tech (most reputed technical college in Sri Lanka).
After four years of completing the German technical college diploma, he joined Proton Motors in Malaysia as a Motor Mechanic and worked for them for 2 year service. After receiving two promotions and proving his capabilities, he resigned as an Assistant Manager from Proton Motors. Then he moved to UAE and worked for 3 years as a Motor mechanic Engineer in Al Futtaim Motors LLC. Thereafter he joined Al Habtoor Motors- Dubai as a Technical Manager and worked for 3 years.
Finally He started his dream, a car repair small workshop in Dubai. With hard work and dedication, he increased the repair quality, trustworthy and customer expectations and achieved the dream target, with the opening Al Bedayer Garage in Al Quoz, Dubai. Then after he moved to the current location with Al Bedayer Garage trade name. With his strong management and experience he develops this Al Bedayer Garage day by day, with car repairs and customer satisfactions. Now this organization expands to two warehouses with nine car lifters and now catering for all type car repairs for every branded car in UAE, his definition of this garage "Great service for Great cars'.
